A committed voice for equity, inspiring leadership for women's empowerment
With over 15 years of experience in the evaluation and management of development projects, I have built my career on values of social justice and inclusion. My commitment to women's empowerment and economic equity has led me to become a leading voice in this field, particularly in Haiti, my home country.
In 2018, I founded the Kaizen Center, the first consulting firm dedicated to gender equality and women’s empowerment in Haiti. As Executive Director, I led ambitious initiatives, such as the first study on the perception of pay equality in Haiti and the production of a film on female leadership.
An academic and practical path serving the economic advancement of women
In parallel with my career, I am pursuing a PhD in Labor and Employment Sciences at Université Laval, where my research focuses on how telework through the articulation between women's personal and professional lives affects women's careers. My multidisciplinary approach strengthens my ability to propose concrete solutions to address the structural challenges that women face.
Inspiring leadership and engaging conferences
As a speaker, I have had the honour of speaking at international events in Haiti, Quebec and elsewhere, sharing my journey, my learnings and my strategies for overcoming obstacles. My captivating style and pragmatic approach inspire women and organizations to adopt more inclusive practices.
