Women in Growth is a community dedicated to the personal and professional development of women from immigrant backgrounds.

A context marked by persistent challenges:

Immigrant women often face socio-economic barriers. In 2021, immigrant women represented 14.9% of all women in Quebec. According to Statistics Canada (2022), immigrant women have a 10% lower employment rate than Canadian-born women, despite a high level of education. They are also more likely to hold precarious, underpaid jobs. In addition, the Canadian Council for the Integration of Immigrants (2021) highlights that the lack of professional networks and accessible role models limits their ability to realize their potential.

Women in Growth offers a space where every woman can find support, inspiration and concrete tools to build her future with confidence and ambition. Our community also responds to a pressing need for women leaders from immigrant backgrounds by offering a space for these women to shine.

We also collaborate with institutions to offer strategic consulting services, aimed at creating more inclusive environments conducive to the development of women, particularly immigrant women.

Our ambition is simple: to build spaces where every woman can not only dream, but above all realize her full potential. Together, we are paving the way for sustainable, united and inspiring growth.
